Why does it matter? The notion that marriage is between a man and woman is based off of archaic religious values that may not apply in today's world. Let people do what they want.

I believe that nobody can dictate what you do with your life unless it harms others in society, and i know for a fact same sex marriage is not harming anyone, and even it annoys people, those people have better things they can contribute to society then just be bitter about believes that only apply to themselves.

This shouldn’t be a topic up for debate in 2025. Personal beliefs founded on religious ideology do not have a place in legislation to dictate other people’s lives. It’s absurd to continuously entertain this rhetoric.

I believe that the good life allows individuals to decide for themselves what defines a marriage. Government should not have a say in the romantic life of the governed. Marriage should be a legal contract that does not take into consideration personal opinions and premonitions about relationships.

Marriage is between 2 consenting parties, if the 2 parties happen to be of the same sex that should not effect if the marriage is allowed or not.

I think everyone should be super duper happy! If that makes you happy then do it! If we are going to hate on something, it shouldn't be love!!!

We can't keep living where same-sex marriage can be allowed because how will we reproduce if people will keep this up, then we won't be able to repopulate as a society. If we had 5 men and 5 women on one island, the just 10 women on another island, which one is going to survive longer? Exactly. It's disgusting that we allow it today and anyone who even thinks it's ok should be put in prison.

Restricting marriage to heterosexual couples is discriminatory and violates principles of equality. Marriage is a civil institution that provides legal rights and protections, and denying same-sex couples these rights is unjust. Expanding marriage to include same-sex couples strengthens families, supports equality, and reflects societal progress. Many countries have successfully legalized same-sex marriage, showing it promotes fairness without harming traditional marriage.

Two men or two women or even two people with no gender identity marrying each other has ZERO affect on anyone else. It hurts nobody else. So why should other people have an opinion?
@9SS65LG7mos7MO
But what if we are having a population issue? Although I support it and do not have any animosity towards it .There should be restrictions if need be.
@9GMSV2F1yr1Y
The gender of couples choosing to marry should not be a subject of concern for anyone other than the individuals involved. It's essential to recognize that marriage is more than just a legal contract; it represents a deep emotional and personal connection between two people. Insisting on defining marriage as exclusively between a man and a woman not only perpetuates discrimination but also restricts the human rights and freedoms of individuals who identify outside these norms. Inclusivity and respect for diversity are at the core of a just and equitable society, and marriage equality is… Read more
