Yes decriminalizing drug use, reduce or remove sentences already being served, and treat users as sick patients providing more healthcare funding to assist in treatment. Criminalizing drug trafficking and providing serious health treatment and rehabilitation while incarcerated to rehabilitate offenders so they can be truly free and not repeat offense after they serve their time.
