I think there are multiple things that contribute to my answer to this like if they had a strict psychological evaluation that shows they are no longer threat that would be a way to get them out another way that I think it'd be reasonable is if they killed someone for example like an abuser if someone killed their abuser or killed someone who raped someone because the person they murdered raped someone then most definitely if someone killed someone who only ever was good to them and cared for them then honestly I think for a case like that death penalty would be worthy so it's really a case by case scenario
