The government causes a lot of the anxiety through fear tactics and making life unaffordable

Stop it! Mental health needs more research, treatment is redundant when there aren't enough providers. We need more doctors, and more specialization that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and that is specialized without being forced to take ridiculous courses that have nothing to do with the field.
