Should gay couples have the same adoption rights as straight couples?

People in the LGBT community are HUMANS, just the same as anyone else, we are all genetically humans so there is no reason to take away rights over preferences. doing so could influence segregation in the future and possibly start public riots or against the goverment

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
