no, because we as canada are already carbon neutral, its the matter of us shipping our oil off to other countries for them to refine it and send it back to us, when it would not only be cheaper to do it here, it would burn less fuel and hurt the enviroment less. we should focus on say china and india, considering most carbon emmisions come from them
