Get rid of the rcmp and have the provinces make their own police forces with federal subsidies

Create a modest size highly train federal police force to assist all provincial police departments. Create a military police force modelled of France’s National Gendarmerie to combat high crime area. Also rent the forces to countries with high gang and cartel activity for profit
