Should the government enact a stricter immigration policy?

Nobody wants to live in poverty, where the leader of that country doesn't even know where to start on fixing the country itself. Whether it's infrastructure or the health system, that leader is going to need some time to figure out how to fix that country. Change never happens overnight, but people want change now, so people would want to migrate to some place better.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
