This idea is based solely on the refusal of allowing trans people the right to exist, because trans people tend to have the same, if not more or the hormones that correlate with their gender identity, and, even if they had a slightly unfair advantage due to being trans, which they don't, the point of sports is to have genetic advantages and to take full advantage of them. Shaq wouldn't have been nearly as good as he was if he wasn't 7'1 300 pounds with the athleticism of a forward, LeBron wouldn't be in the goat conversation if he wasn't 6'9 who never ages, the entire point of sports is to have natural advantages and to use them to be better than your opponents, if you want to make separate categories/leagues for trans people, why not also people above a certain hight? Why not people with naturally higher testosterone levels? My point is that there is no logical reason to exclude trans people from sports and/or segregate them other than because you don't like them or aren't comfortable with their existence.
