This should be case by case.
- For people who are genuinely non-binary, I am very much in favour of having anti-discrimination laws to provide justice for any type of hate crimes towards them.
- For people who take advantage of gender identities/gaslighting/narcissistic entitlement that thrive off of attention, these people should be consequently tried if they are causing unjust challenges for others based on the reasons I mentioned.
