I feel that it is a personal responsibility because it would be more effective in reducing the overall fuel efficiency

Inorder to help reduce the overall fuel efficiency people should choose what they would want to do so that they could eventually change to electric cars and help reduce fuel efficiency. In addition, having people switch to electric cars would not help people financially
