What's your take on the importance of national defense and military spending for a country's safety?
We have historically relied on our American neighbours for defense, but we must also bolster our own independent protection. With the rise in drone warfare, we have a strong opportunity here to strengthen our defensive capabilities by investing in drone R&D. Drone technology will not only bolster our military capabilities, without risking Canadian lives, but strengthen agriculture, fire suppression and other industries for the greater benefit of our country as a whole.
