Not increase, but be more mindful of their spending

If items are needed, create a production plant in our own country to manufacture them, and give people jobs doing so. We are too reliant on other countries and I feel like we need to be more self sufficient (if the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that we need more production of goods on our own turf)
