It plays a big role, but not the only role. Biden should have halted aid to Israel until they stopped the genocide of the Gaza Strip. Ultimately, Biden allowed the deaths of more Palestinians than he helped with his aid by not taking action against the rogue Netanyahu regime. The IDF even prevented some US aid from reaching Palestinians... an organization that Biden supports.
