If we start funding social communities now, then later we will have less funding in police departments because hopefully by prioritizing societal issues we can decrease crime rates. Hopefully, this change will lead to less police funding. So, I think we have to start funding both so we can achieve a safer community in the future, where we won't need to fund the police
