When I hear languages I don't understand, I feel like it is hard for them to fit in with everyone else that speaks a main language. I also feel the need to assist the person speaking a different language in order to help them and know what they are speaking. It might be hard for the foreign speaker and I want to try and help them.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
