Upon graduating, men and women should be required to complete a 1-2 year civil service. The form of service should be determined based on skills an psychometric tests, a series of interviews, and the person’s preferences. It may be military service for some and other work for others. The end of the service should assist participants in making plans to study or work in a specific area. Post secondary studies should be free if you maintain specific grades.
