Discussing - It depends on the situation, if I’m at work and…

It depends on the situation, if I’m at work and I can’t understand what my coworkers are talking about right in front of me then that can be an issue. But if I’m just on the train home and someones on the phone speaking their own language(s) then it may be less distracting, rather then when someone is speaking a language I understand.
