How do you feel when you hear languages you don't understand, and why do you think you feel that way…
I feel as if it's difficult for me to understand people when they speak a different language, but I can't change that about them any more than I could change who they are.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.
