Some communities are on a boil advisory because the water treatment centre on the reserve is not up to code and when complaints are made, the government takes ages to respond. The same goes for housing, some repairs are not done up to standards for the fact that the people are indigenous. Also extra education and social programs for more remote communities would also be of help.
