The two-state solution is a proposed diplomatic solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The proposal envisions an independent State of Palestine that borders Israel. Palestinian leadership has supported the concept since the 1982 Arab Summit in Fez. In 2017 the Hamas (a Palestinian Resistance movement that controls the Gaza strip) accepted the solution without recognizing Israel as a state. The current Israeli leadership has stated that a two-state solution can only exist without Hamas and the current Palestinian leadership. The U.S. would have to take a central role in any talks bet…

Israel is an illegitimate state built on apartheid ideology. I support a free, self-determined Palestine where (formerly Israeli) Jews and Palestinians can coexist.
@9JSGBK91yr1Y
Israel is a terorist state and should be charged with genocide of killing so many innocent children and families with a long occupation for 75 years
@9KY7DCB1yr1Y
No, The land of Palestine should be returned to the Palestinians just as it was before the Zionist migration to their (Palestinians) land, claiming it as theirs (Zionists), and causing trouble amongst the locals(Palestinians).
@9V4V9BF7mos7MO
No, Palestine deserves to have their land back since it was theirs to begin with.
@9TTDV9F7mos7MO
I support a unitary secular, socialist, Palestinian state.
@9T6X9HJ7mos7MO
Only if it is done with justice, by implementing affirmative action for Palestinians in order to reconcile with the horrors and harms done to them.
@B2S35ZYConservative2mos2MO
Only if Palestinians officially recognized and Israeli state and the right to exist, and there is a peaceful entity to negotiate with. Otherwise, we should favour Israel only
@9T7LR7S7mos7MO
Theoretically, the two state solution should have been the best solution for both governments. However, with how hostile the current governments of Israel and Palestine are to each other, it does not work in it's current state; it would need reform in order to work.
@9VCS9JD7mos7MO
Israel took Palestine. it is Palestinian land. Palestine will be free!!!
@9M789RR12mos12MO
Israel shouldn't exist and Palestinians should get all their land that belonged to them back.
@9LKJF591yr1Y
Israel is country that never should have been made and is currently committing genocide in the Gaza strip against the rightful people of that land the Palestinians
@9KXZ6Y7 1yr1Y
Israel must feel consequences for the damage it has done to Gaza, Palestine, and the Middle East as a whole through the terrorism of the IDF.
@9L7B9YK1yr1Y
No, the Israeli's are terrorists who violently stole the land from Palestinians as violent settlers
@B4G7PRW2wks2W
I support Palestinian self-determination and will support whatever solution the Palestinians support for themselves, but I personally do not believe a two state solution is possible because Israel has been founded on the genocide of Palestinians and has made it clear they will never accept a Palestinian state and Palestinian sovereignty.
@B2W3NVZ2mos2MO
No, I think neither Palestine nor Israel should be states. They need to return to being territories of a Christian empire.
@9ZNXMHS5mos5MO
...Honestly? Both are absolutely horrible, i would split the region among the neighboring countries if they weren't nearly as bad. As it stands, my stance is that we need either a massive restructuring or an entirely new government for the region. One state with two regions to slowly integrate together would be preferable.
@9ZJ56425mos5MO
Canada must stop criminalizing dissent against the support of Israeli apartheid. The Palestinian people must have sovereignty over their land. Palestinian territory must be decolonized. The IDF must be disbanded. This is not antisemitism, it's anti-colonialism and anti-nazism.
@9W2JC3R6mos6MO
One state solution with equal rights of Palestinians and Israelis - a two state solution cannot exist when Israel continues to commit genocide against Palestinians
@9VWTJQ66mos6MO
I support a 1 state solution, however due to the diversity of the region, it would have less centralization and be more akin to a confederation.
@9V79QX47mos7MO
One post colonial, secular nation where both palestinians and israelis have equal rights
@9TZBCQN7mos7MO
no, Palestine should be its own free country as it was before Israel came to be
@9TVPNXW7mos7MO
i support the end of all wars which only takes a strong U.S President to do and has been done during the 2016-2020 election period.
@9TVBQKB7mos7MO
No. Palestine should be free. Israel has no right to exist.
I support a one-state solution in favour of the Israeli side and the expulsion of all Moslem Arabs from Israel's borders.
@9TQT6NC7mos7MO
I support a one state solution made up of a binational state containing both Israelis and Palestinians
@9NHP5N911mos11MO
Only if the Palestinian state isn’t run by terrorists or any organization that doesn’t acknowledge Israel’s right to exist
@9MW8Y2BConservative11mos11MO
no, nobody on planet Earth would like to share their house with thieves.
@9QVT6N39mos9MO
One state, neither Israel nor Palestine, should have Arabic and Hebrew as official languages and recognize Islam, Christianity and Judaism as official religions. Protect holy sites.
@9NQ4FYDNew Democratic11mos11MO
An united democratic democratic state consists all residents of the Palestinian region regardlessly.
If the Palestinians are willing to form an equitable and democratic society. Otherwise no.
@9KLT7LCRhinoceros1yr1Y
It depends on the specifics of the suggested solution.
@9KFNCCN1yr1Y
There should be a two state solution, where palestine is protected by a coalition of middle eastern countries. And Benjamin Nethanyahu's cabinet should stand before an international tribunal for commiting genocide and war crimes. Those found guilty should not only be removed from office, but receive the death penalty. Which I am normally against, but promote for any and all government officials complicit in genocide, and war crimes.
@9MHCRJ211mos11MO
Yes but this solution always get blocked by the Palestinian themselves
@B35PD2Q2mos2MO
very complicated. Assuming both sides agree then Yes to a two state solution. certain areas of high conflict "such as Jerusalem" should be controlled by the UN. Normalizing relations between Israel and Arab states is also a huge priority.
@9LVRV7K12mos12MO
I support neither, for I am not a member of either religion
