The system is fundamentally flawed; the issue isn't with the privatization, it's with the educational, training, licensing, infrastructure, insurance and overall systemic bloat present in the entire industry, stemming back to it's source: the US. The best we can do is probably to create a nationalized database and reduce the inter-systemic friction between different offices and start trending overall health and taxing services that result in increased health costs accordingly, and offer subsidies to citizens who are active and take care of themselves.
