Intimidates as such things tend to fall apart on large scales. So long as the sample demographic has bad actors they will inevitably hijack the good will put forth by Marxism-Leninism.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.
