As a Canadian Muslim, firstly I do not believe that there is such thing as "Islamic socialism." Islam is a religion for all of humanity, it is not political ideology dedicated to one group of people. Secondly, the Canadian Muslim community pledges to make great contributions and success to Canada and to Canadians. We work with humanitarian organizations and charity organizations to help individuals around the globe who face difficulties through war, poverty, or any other issues. Lastly, as Canadian Muslims, we pledge to contribute to the success for this great country, be it in sports, atheletics, science, religion, journalism, human rights, etc. We are proud to name successful members from our community like Nazem Kadri who is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played for the NHL teams of Toronto Maple Leafs & the Colorado Avalanche, or Sami Zayn, who is a proffesional Mixed-Martial Artist from Laval, Quebec who brings success to Canada's MMA industry. Nonetheless, Canada's Muslims are proud to be Canadian and we look forward to making our country succesfull in the years to come.
