North Americans/Whites are very educated and westernized culturally when it comes to work places, technology and environments, being on punctual and on time for meetings, work, etc.
Sikhs are very altruistic, they are willing to feed you within their temple and be very forgiving/parental.
Muslims are very grounded to their roots no matter how strict their religion is which shows the dedication, patience and perseverance they have. They also have strong ties to marriage due to how strict their religion is. For example the religion discourages divorce heavily but it is still permissible. It tries to tell the one who practices that they should never break family ties since fatherlessness/motherlessness can cause a child to grow up in an unstable state which could potentially affect the community in the long run. They don't drink alcohol in the households which shows an extreme low chance of substance abuse taking place in the household, also more healthier family since intoxicants of any form isn't allowed (meaning something that affects your health very badly like hard drugs/drinking alcohol but something medical is fine to use, like antiseptics, medicine, etc that can help aid your sickness). The chances of substance abuse is much lower in Muslim households (whether its Arabs, Iraqis, Pashtuns, Moroccans, Pakistanis, etc) than a non-Muslim household due to their faith and how grounded they are.
Europeans show that you don't always need a big house but a small one connected to mass public transit with 15 minute city designs implemented. Europeans are very pro-active in terms of mandatory sports within their schools or universities and are healthier since they always bike, walk, take transit rather than live sedentary lifestyle in suburbia and always driving a car like North Americans do. Europeans are very diverse in people knowing more than 1 language and implementing it with other cultures meaning they know how to preserve their cultural ties. English should be the language for international business while within the borders of your country, the local language should be preserved like how Quebec uses French while rest of Canada uses English, Europe has the same going on but with many different languages.
Asians have smarter and more mature children due to their culture where hard work pays off, allowing their child to get independence at an earlier age which helps their future. Tough education helps toughen up people, especially mathematics and science. If you relax the rules too much in schools, the kids won't be as disciplined which is why IQ levels and SAT scores are higher in Asian countries due to tougher accountability and harder education to help strengthen the individuals mind. But of course, you don't overdo it but you still need calculus, ordinary differential equations in school, etc. Accountability plays a very big factor in education, construction and other sectors. This allows more transparency and punishing those who aren't performing their work on time nor well enough. Accountability can affect construction deadlines and performances, also the same when addressing homelessness and housing shortages. Results must be produced in order to get more funding, meaning you have to prove your efficiency rather than base it on words.
Lots of Eastern countries including Asia have strict parenting which helps raise well behaved kids. Some of these countries including European ones have 15 minute cities which allow kids to independently go get the groceries, go to school, go to the playground, etc within a walking/bicycling distance away. Kids with exposure at a young age allow more maturity and discilpine rather than living sheltered in suburbia until they're 16 (meaning the car is the only thing that gives them mobility and freedom). Obviously it won't work in North American societies due to car centrism and so many stroads (street roads that are so long and wide, 4 to 6 lane arterial roads, very dangerous when crossing), thus this incentivizes the kids to stay inside and live more sedentary lifestyle. But it can be done once mass public transit and safety is guaranteed with walkable neighbourhoods, etc. For thousands of years as a society we lived in villages, had to walk everywhere within a short distance or sometimes long by walking. But Europe and Asia are prime examples of modern like villages, meaning 15 minute cities, everything is walkable and the long distance is resolved by the bus dedicated transit or bullet trains (>300 kph). Canada can improve its intercity transit while having a bullet train going from Windsor-Toronto-Montreal (>350 kph) while there can be a high frequency rail that goes the same path within the corridor but with slight alignment changes to accomodate for more stops at places such as London, Peterborough, Smith Falls, Ottawa, etc with high speed segments. Both HFR and HSR (high frequency rail and high speed rail) will fully benefit the country.
A prime example of Japanese culture when it comes to infrastructure is that they think outside of the box. When designing high speed rail, they designed an ant farm in the shape of the Tokyo metro and used the ants to determine which train line will get more congested. So based on the ants' instinct, where will they go next and how do they decongest the other line. So other cultures do benefit a lot in terms of science, humanities, philosophy, politics and other fields that can help enrich Canada.
Africans provide a lot of insight in terms of tribalism and how they are more atheletic than other folks. Some African atheletes train in the high mountains (or at higher altitude), that way they can compete better in sports and be more atheletic. In some African countries, they have lots of kids for a reason because kids help with taking care of the parents along with their siblings. Big families in Africa and other Eastern countries show that parents don't have to end up in old age homes. The norm used to be that parents would live with their families until they pass. But instead its looked down upon in Western society. You don't need a lot of kids, you could just live with your kids and integrate better once you grow old or close by, meaning you don't leave your parents in an old age home. I believe the same applies to Islam, its forbidden and heavily discouraged to have your parents in an old age home since they took care of you and now its your turn to take care of them. This creates even stronger family ties and more altruism within the community.
Lots of other cultures where people have experienced poverty, homelessness, corruption, high crime and violation of human rights can make an impact to Canada. Canada allows the option for an outsider (once they become a Canadian Citizen) to have the potential for running office (Member of Parliament, Prime Minister, etc). What they experienced back home can give a lot of insight as a person who experienced these bad outcomes due to corrupt politicians, thus they themselves won't be as corrupt. The issue with Westernized countries is that not many experience these bad parameters as much and live too too comfortability (have electricity, three meals a day, no worry about dirty roads, no worry about high crime, no worry about extreme sicknesses or diseases, etc), thus the politician doesn't understand the perspective of the citizens at all. In order for a politician to be successful, they must at least experience 33% of the problems in order to understand sympathy for the citizens.
Each culture helps strengthen a community, you take good traits from each of them and it helps strengthen you and your community in the long run. Sure some cultures have the traits from the other groups here and there. But this is just a prime example I am giving. So yes based on the people I met within Canada and where I traveled, this is what I have come with based on other cultures.
