Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?

More, BUT it must be paid by the government!

In other words, it is is privately delivered but the one that pays for it is the government and no "out of pocket" cost. The reason for this is the recent shortages of doctors/nurses and the somewhat bloated bureaucracy of the health services.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
