We cant afford to have a majority of people that have jobs that pay a above average salary not be able to afford housing, which could decrease our economy in other areas besides housing. I believe if we were to limit affordable housing prospective citizens or regular citizens will look elsewhere to live besides our country to settle meaning their tax that they bring in to their country would diminish.
