Should immigrants be deported if they commit a serious crime?

Depends really

Serious crimes, yes. But then again, deporting someone back to their native country could be just a death sentance for them. They could be fleeing a collapsing country/country with active warzones. Time in canadian judicial system is what I prefer for a individual that has committed a crime
