What if the wrong person was convicted and therefore killed. You can free someone from prison but you can't bring back the dead.

The Canadian public cannot afford to continue housing violent criminals deserving of the death penalty. Tax payers dollars are better spent on reform where possible and not in housing people who are not worthy of redemption.

Where the evidence of premeditation is irrefutable and it has been challenged and reviewed in court, there is no rehabilitation that can help a person who planned to murder another.

Terrorists that kill, men, woman and children are sick and deranged in the head, what ever cause they want to address and tell people about through that act has no merit and should be given death for the lives they themselves have taken.
