Should foreigners, currently residing in the United States, have the right to vote?

Depends: if the person is on vacation in the nieghborhood, than no, they shouldn't hae the right to vote

However, if theres someone momintarily living in residence for maybe several years+, than they should be allowed. (Some people considerthemselves canadian without having gone through the legal qualifications yet)
