Hard question to answer

You could argue that since healthcare is so easily accessible in Canada, it is great because everyone with insurance has easy access, but then, since it is so easily accessible, it makes it difficult to prioritize needs for those in bad condition and whatnot. I'd say keep it as it is, but definitely increase government funding.
