Should the government enact a stricter immigration policy?

The immigration policies are sooo WAY OFF!

Canada has targets but does not allow proper ressources to absorb this demand. The processes are SLOW, EXPENSIVE and INHUMAINE... If you want to be open and welcoming... we have to tighten the process. I am a married woman who married 2020. I am still waiting for immigration to update my file.. it has not been touched since Nov 2021... we are not Feb 2023... It's insane.
