Canada has to rewrite its laws and become more aggressive with offenders. Criminals who possess, sell, or distribute illegal drugs ought to be considered domestic urban terrorists. As long as they target our youth, these people—including gangs and criminal motorcycle gangs—are tearing down the framework and producing instability in our nation. All assets and bank accounts, including those in foreign countries, shall be subject to seizure by Canadian courts.
