Well yes and no

As we need our police propally trained and go through an arrange of political tests to make sure they will be a protector to our community not an agitator in some cases. I also say no as we need more funding for certain schools to help kids learn what a community should look like in a good enviorment instead of ones that have confrontation everywhere.
