Kids brains arent fully developed no matter how smart they are

Sure a 18 year old brain isn't fully developed either but kids haven't lived long enough to experience life and thus . And also kids still have childlike impulses that will alter their decisions that 18 year olds dont have. Kids should focus more on school. Let them graduate school so they have a better understanding of how the government works. Right now they dont have the same educational advantages as a 18 year old who graduated highschool.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
