Should the government enact a stricter immigration policy?

Ideally, a strict policy that screens for criminal activity (not just violence, but financial and political crime as well)

At the same time, having Canadian incentive programs to support & give opportunities to skilled workers. Skilled workers should be a focus to bring into the country. There is still a necessary place for refugees as well. Programs to boost Canadian families and businesses who contribute to refugees integration into society would be beneficial.
