No, I don't trust the government to decide use of capital punishment

There's simply too many things that could go wrong, especially considering that many death row inmates are actually innocent/potentially falsely convicted. Life in prison instead, and let's decriminalize drugs/even potentially legalize them like Portugal so that nobody dies from tainted drugs in the first place.
