Moving forward, reduce interest on student loans (Canadian citizens) only, along with capped tuitions

Reduce funding for social programs for international students --- not to eliminate such programs, but greatly reduce funding, and complete a thorough assessment of what programs are required to support international students while studying in Canada. (Safety). Currently, I believe there are excessive supports and funding of international students, and not enough for Canadian students...and I have a lot of questions about this and other issues.
