I am satisfied with the current system, funding of it should be based on needs assessment, advancements in science, technology, public health policy...
Canada has sufficient laws around pharma, and this needs to persist so we don't end up like those poor Americans. Sad...

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
