Aboriginals have to start being note accountable for the funding they receive, the community programs they deliver, the social and economic issues related to their communities. The last 20 years have really shifted the Canadian dialogue, and FN / Crown, Industry partnerships.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
