Immigrants should be required to learn English or French, depending on which region they're moving to

Free courses should be provided, and those who need to leave their country immediately (e.g. refugees) can immigrate immediately but must take English courses while in Canada.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
