The homeless or those with no housing should be provided with temporary emergency funds, resources for job acceptances or exceptions, including the fact that in regards to housing they should be provided a home that can last them for 5-6 years until they are financially stable. They shouldnt be allowed however be left with a few warnings and seek mental help and refered to a shelter
I don't think that individuals should be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property, however, I think the regulations and rules of shelter or housing needs to be reevaluated. People often do not want to leave their pets, their drugs if they are addicts, and family members behind (say they are women who can go into a female residential service but cannot bring their partners). Yes, as long as they are respectful and treat the property well (don't vandalize, steal/smash, etc.) because no matter how many houses we build, there is always some people who won't be able to live in them because of underlying circumstances, so giving them access to public washrooms, as well as a space to sleep/eat is in the community's interest for safety of everyone.
Yes, a safe, secure location centralized for homeless encampments supported with health care, food, clothing. And be able to move freely as all citizens can.
Yes. Until will solve the housing crisis.

Yes, because we might not always have the ability to actively be able to care for everyone.
They should create homeless shelters instead.
yes as long as they aren't destroying the property
Yes and no becuase I think that they should be able to encamp where they want, as long as it is not intruding other people. They should not be allowed to encamp on parking lots, or in public parks, but if there is a space for them, not in other peoples way, I find that a bit different.
Yes, encampment should be allowed in designated areas of each city, provided with protection and access to needed resources (food, clothing, and medicine)
