Allow the parents to decide what is right for their children and families

Provide comprehensive materials and studies that are unbiased for them to review and make their own decision. Require only certain vaccinations when death rates or damage rate from illness (in healthy individuals) is above a certain rate and vaccines have been proven to drastically reduce the "spread" of the virus. Vaccines should not be forced on healthy individuals when the death rate is very low and when they don't reduce the spread. If you can still pass the virus after being vaccinated, it's not effective.
