It's time to end this special class of citizens and assimilate them into society

It's also time to put a stop to the never-ending flow of money that they receive while contributing nothing at all to our tax base. Our economy will not survive if we keep providing services to communities that do not pay for those services by paying their taxes like every other citizen has to.
