Yes if a third goes to homeless shelters and low income housing and treatment centres and another third for people in crisis situations. Gov’t should implement incentives to get people to move out of densely packed “downtowns”. There is enough housing in Canada. People need to be willing to move out of the metropolis and should be encouraged to do so.
