No, they should be integrated into our society as citizens but recognized as equals in our society as no prejudice and no difference of people. How are we supposed to be considered united when even the government makes it seem as they are any different then us. There's no difference ad they are humans. Same as us.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
