Should the government forgive up to $20,000 of student loan debt?

Schooling should be made affordable by regulating the education system, but debts pertaining to student debt need to not come from tax payers pockets. Reduce student debt slowly through ITCs and centralize student debt payments into contributions towards entrepreneurship and training programs for after school continuing support.
