I don’t agree with an outright ban, but more has to be done in each province to provide better recycling facilities for plastics. And a much better incentive for the public to use reusable products.
Production companies for these one time use products should be provided wage increases and benefits (plus bonuses), as incentives to switch over to biodegradable products.
