They should help Canadians that have been unable to pay their loans wether in good standing or not by forgiving the debt of those who weren't able to complete their training or schooling based on reasoning such as if private colleges are offering their students the proper teachings by teachers concerned about them succeeding or if they have a high drop out rate and if theyre teaching them using up to date relevant tools especially in a hands on training facility or environment and f the student has been given fair options when choosing a more fitting option above dropping out such as transfer to another facility in their authority. If the student was unable to complete their training due to unfair treatment , unaccomodating environments, or inadequate teachers and were not given the proper everday tools used in their potential Feild and when a request of transfer should not be refused but accommodated this is just one example of the possible stipulations that should be considered as grounds for debt forgiveness and the ones that should be deemed liable are the schools that allowed these things to be an issue. The person owing because they were unable to finish for whatever reason obviously won't be able to make the possible income they would have had they been successful in their training and gaining the employment they sought out to gain therefore they are unable to acquire the sufficient amount to pay back the debt without having to sacrifice some other aspect of their livelihood such as food or rent or utilities. Therefore they should definately be forgiven for student loan debt based on reasoning
