It really depends on the crime

If you have taken another humans life, your rights should be removed as theirs were. If you have someone in for conspiracy against our government, no vote there either.
For petty crimes, yes, let them vote, but once they have been assessed mentally.

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death as a punishment for a crime. Canada abolished capital punishment in 1976.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
